Gregory J. Eck

Gregory Eck assists clients with all areas of immigrant and non-immigrant visa processes, including H-1B, PERM, O-1, L-1, E-2, E-3, TN, R-1, NIW, and all other visa categories. He also has substantial experience representing individuals in removal (deportation) proceedings, and those seeking asylum, VAWA, DACA, and other forms of relief. Mr. Eck has also authored over 25 articles for a major labor and employment blog, and his work ranks in the top three most widely read of the firm's blog articles according to JDSupra.

Mr. Eck also has a strong commitment to pro bono efforts and has represented many individuals free of charge who were facing deportation and are now U.S. permanent residents and U.S. citizens. In addition, Mr. Eck has also provide pro bono legal representation for veterans, homeless youth and adults, and undocumented children who entered the United States as unaccompanied minors.

Mr. Eck is a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the St. Thomas More Society, the Federalist Society, and other professional organizations.

Mr. Eck speaks Spanish and has lived and worked in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Bolivia.
